ScholarVist™ Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to ScholarVist (“ScholarVist,” “we,” “our,” or“us”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and useof ScholarVist’s website, mobile applications, and related services(collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you donot agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ScholarVist.We do not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to access or use ourServices. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18years of age or older.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information whencreating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality ofyour login credentials and all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account ifinformation provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

3. ScholarVist Services

ScholarVist provides mentorship connections, educationalresources, community spaces, and related services. We do not guarantee anyparticular outcome from participation in ScholarVist programs or mentorshipmatches.

Mentors are independent and are not employees orrepresentatives of ScholarVist. ScholarVist is not responsible for the actions,advice, or guidance provided by mentors or mentees.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use     the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass,     abuse, or harm another person or group
• Impersonate     another person or entity
• Share     false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt     to gain unauthorized access to ScholarVist systems
• Upload     viruses, malware, or other malicious code

Violation of these rules may result in suspension ortermination of your account without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ScholarVist, including logos, designs, text,graphics, and software, is owned by ScholarVist or its licensors and protectedby copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not use our content without express writtenpermission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Third-Party Services

ScholarVist may include links or integrations to third-partyservices. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or termsof those services.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

ScholarVist provides its Services “AS IS” without warrantiesof any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, includingmerchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Services will be error-free,secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScholarVist and itsaffiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential,special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of theServices.

In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundredU.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScholarVist and itsaffiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising fromyour use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
